What Can Be Approved? Any vehicle under 5 Model years old, which has travelled less than 1OO,OOOkm and which meets all the certification standards.


Warranty Inclusion 1- Engine
Rocker Assembly including hydraulic followers, inlet and exhaust, (excluding burnt valves), spring and guides, cylinder head (excluding cracks & de-coking), cylinder gasket, push rods, camshaft and followers, timing gears & chains, oil pump, piston rings, cylinder bores, con rods, gudgeon pins and bearings, crankshaft bearings, inlet manifold and ring gear, Cylinder Liners and Block, Flywheel auto drive plate, crankshaft, Camshaft drive belt, Pistons, Distributor drive, diesel Injector pump, oil feed pipes, crankshaft pulley, Turbocharger unit.

3- Manual gear box
Failure of the following internal mechanical parts: Gears, synchromesh hubs, selectors, shafts, bearings and bushes and transfer gears.

4- Automatic Gearbox
Failure of the following internal mechanical parts: Shafts, gears, clutches, brake bands, valve block, governor, oil pump, bearings and bushes, servo, drive plate, transfer gears computer governor.

5- Clutch
Clutch disc, pressure plate and release bearing including failure due to oil contamination, release bearing arm, clutch cable, pedal assembly, master and slave cylinders.

6- Torque Converter
Failure of any mechanical parts. 7- Differential
Crown wheel and pinion, gears, shafts, bearings and brushes, thrust washers and spaces, rubber boots.

8- Front Wheel Drive
Drive shaft including CV joints, universal joints and couplings (excluding gaiters).

9- Rear Wheel Drive
Half shafts, rear wheel external drive shafts including CV joints, universal joints and coupling (excluding gaiters).

10- Wheel Drive Vehicle
Cover as above for front and rear wheel drive.

11- Propeller Shaft
Propeller shaft including universal joints and couplings.

12- Engine Cooling System
Radiator, oil cooler, viscous fan coupling, water pump, thermostat and housing, thermostatically controlled radiator fan, water pump, Heating Matrix, refrigeration unit, operation controls.

13- Air Conditioning
Air conditioning Compressor, Condenser.

14- Fuel System
Carburettor, automatic choke, lift pump, fuel pump, tank sender unit, Fuel Injector System, linkages.

15- Front and Rear Suspension
Coil springs, upper and lower wishbones, ball and swivel joints.

16- Steering
Rack & pinion, power steering, reservoir.

17- Brakes
ABS, Brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders, restrictor valve, brake calliper and servo.

18- Electrical System
Starter motor and solenoid, bendex, alternator, window regulator, window motors, sun roof motors, door central locking, heater fan motor, wiper washer motors, regulator, electronic control units, distributor, distributor cap, rotor arm, windscreen wiper motors, indicator unit, engine cooling fan motor, electric mirrors, door and boot locks, gauges and instruments including trip computers.

19- Working Materials
Oil and filters, anti-freeze are covered where their replacements are necessary as a direct result of the failure of covered components.

20- Casing
The casing is covered where the damage caused due to the failure of a covered components.



Warranty Exclusions 1- Maintenance Service:
The warranty shall not cover maintenance service normally necessitated with vehicle use. Typical maintenance service includes, but is not limited to the followings:

1) Schedule maintenance service as described in applicable Owner's Manual
2) Wheel alignment, wheel balance, tire rotation
3) Brake & clutch inspection and adjustment
4) Skimming or polishing of brake disc & drum
5) Drive belt inspection
6) Fuel and/or cooling system cleaning
7) Engine Tune-up
8) Carbon deposit and/or sludge removal
9) Other similar maintenance service normally necessitated with vehicle use


2- Maintenance Parts:
The warranty shall not cover maintenance parts and/or expendable parts which are normally recommended to replace for routine maintenance service or necessitated with vehicle use. Typical maintenance parts and expendable parts include, but are not limited to the followings:

1) Bulbs, Fuses, Spark Plugs, Drive Belts, Timing belt, Air cleaner Elements, Fuel Filter, Oil Filter, injectors, Brake Linings and Pads, Brake disc or drum, Clutch Disks
2) Air conditioner refrigerant, Fuel, Oil, Fluid, Grease, Lubricants, Additive and battery acid

3- Misuse and Abuse:
"Misuse and Abuse" shall include, but is not limited to the followings:

1) Extreme severe handling or operation of a vehicle in competitions
2) Overloading of passengers and/or cargo
3) Vehicle operations and handling against instructions of the Owner's Manual

4- Alterations, Modification, Tampering:
Any trouble resulted from alteration or modifications or tampering or from equipping of parts or devises and body fittings, which have been performed by other than manufacturer, or without manufacture's official authorization, shall not be covered by warranty.

5- Incidental costs:
The warranty shall not cover any incidental expense due to the loss of use of the vehicle or in connection with warranty repairs. The incidental expense may include, but is not limited to the followings: Telephone, Accommodations, Alternative transportation costs, Rental or loaner car expense, Travel or business loss.

6- Recall, Special Service Program and Rework
The warranty shall not cover any expense in connection with "Recall, Special Service Program and Rework" to inspect or repair defect which may be found on certain vehicles, service parts or accessories.


General Exclusions:
1. Any breakdown where the fault was evident during the manufacturer’s warranty period or prior to the commencement of this policy.

2. Any loss or damage caused due to failure to service the vehicle in accordance to the manufacture's recommended service schedule

3. This program will be void, if found the odometer has been tampered, altered, disconnected (for other than routine repairs), or is inoperative during the contract period

4. Any liability for death, bodily injury or damage to any third party or any consequential loss whatsoever reason arising directly or indirectly under this policy.

5. Any repairs, loss, damage or liability which is claimable under any other existing insurance guarantee or warranty or any repairs carried out without formal approval.

6. Any consequence, whether direct or indirect of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war, rebellion, insurrection, military or usurped power.

7. Loss directly or indirectly caused by or arise from nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, or other impacts and discoloration due to tree sap, insects, tar, acid, rain, sun light, surface scratch, dent, hail, windstorm or lightning, industrial fall out or pollution or any kind of natural calamities.

8. Any trouble or failure caused by insufficient maintenance, careless handling, accident or misuse.

9. Tire, batteries, body, paint, exhaust systems, sensors and catalytic converters, glass, interior/exterior trim, rubber parts, weather strips and seals, Chrome plated parts, cosmetic finishes, folding roofs, in-car entertainment/communications system and associated equipments, water leakage, wind cutting or squeaking or rattling noise.
